Details:
Born on Nov 10th, 1773; was gazetted Surgeon to the 1st Foot Guards on July 8th, 1795, and after 1804 he was styled Battalion Surgeon. On Sept 28th, 1809, he was appointed Surgeon to the Savoy Prison, and on May 25th, 1822, retired on half pay. He died at 5 Russell Place, Fitzroy Square, on Sept 2nd, 1856.
