Details:
Joined the Ordnance Medical Department as 2nd Assistant Surgeon on Aug 1st, 1806, becoming 1st Assistant Surgeon on Jan 6th, 1809. Retired on half pay on March 1st, 1819. He then resided, and perhaps practised, at Brighton, and afterwards at Sudbury, near Harrow, where he died on April 27th, 1846.
