Educated at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, and practised at Cinderford, East Dean, Gloucestershire, at the Vicarage, Christow, Exeter, at Wattisfield, Diss, Suffolk, where he retired, and he finally resided at Oldham. He died on January 26th, 1892.
