Details:
Born on January 12th, 1865, and was educated at Guy's Hospital, where he was House Surgeon and Resident Accoucheur. He entered the Madras Army as Surgeon on July 28th, 1891, and resigned on account of ill health on July 29th, 1892, when he held the rank of Surgeon Captain, a designation introduced in November, 1891. He died on August 29th, 1893. (In the Fellows' *Register* he appears as Arthur Thomas Brown.)
