Details:
Suresh Bhimbhai Rambhai Desai was a consultant surgeon at Scunthorpe General Hospital. He was born on 8 February 1937 and studied medicine at Charing Cross Hospital Medical School. He held house posts at Charing Cross Hospital and was then a surgical registrar there. He subsequently became a senior lecturer in surgery at St Mary's Hospital Medical School, before moving to his consultant post in Scunthorpe. He gained his FRCS in 1965.
Suresh Desai died on 8 August 2008. He was 71.
