Details
Studied at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals, and practised at Crayford, Kent, where he was Surgeon to the Police and Certifying Factory Surgeon. He underwent a long painful illness, over which his friends, Erasmus Wilson, Henry Smith, and John Adams, consulted together, and he died at Crayford on Nov 14th, 1873. He was a widower and was survived by three daughters. His only son, a MRCS, predeceased him.
