Details:
Studied at St Bartholomew's Hospital and practised at Lancaster, where he was Surgeon to the Dispensary, which later became the Infirmary. He was also President of the Lancashire and Cheshire Branch of the British Medical Association. He died at Thornbreaks, Lancaster, on July 8th, 1891. His son, William Hall, junr, FRCS Edin, was then in practice at Lancaster.
