Details:
Studied at Guy's Hospital and practised in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, where he was Surgeon to the Little Dean County Gaol. Removing to Bury St Edmunds, he was Surgeon to the Eastern Union Railway Benevolent Institution. After that he returned to The Lawn, Cinderford, Gloucestershire, where he was Surgeon to iron and coal companies, to the Crab Tree Hill Collieries, and Medical Officer of Health to the East Dean District. He died there on December 25th, 1882.
