Details:
Educated at Guy's Hospital, where he was a Clinical Assistant. He also acted as Clinical Assistant at the Royal Westminster Ophthalmic Hospital, and as Assistant House Physician at the Hospital for Women, Soho Square. He joined the RAMC, and had a distinguished record of service. He died at Peshawar, India, on February 15th, 1924. Publications: Hull was the editor of an authoritative publication at a crisis, *Surgery in War*, with a Preface by Sir Alfred Keogh, to which a number of experts contributed, 1916; 2nd ed with a Preface by Sir T H J C Goodwin, 1918.
