Born on December 20th, 1812, and joined the Bombay Army as Assistant Surgeon on January 2nd, 1841, being promoted to Surgeon on March 1st, 1854, and Surgeon Major on January 2nd, 1861. He retired on March 1st, 1865. He died at Bath on December 20th, 1882.
