Details:
Educated at St Bartholomew's Hospital, and was in general practice, first at Eccleshall, and then for many years at Newport, Salop, where he was Medical Officer to the No 2 Newport (Salop) Union, a post to which he was appointed in 1836. Later he was Medical Officer to the Workhouse and No 1 District of the Union, and Medical Referee to two Life Assurance Companies. He died probably before 1875, when his name no longer appears in the *Medical Directory*.
