Details:
The son of R S Ryott, of Newbury. After going to the Newbury Grammar School, he studied at the London Hospital, where he was clinical gold medallist in surgery; medallist in jurisprudence and toxicology; prizeman in midwifery, chemistry, and materia medica. He practised at 16 Northbrook Street, Newbury, and was Physician to the Hospital and the Dispensary. In 1888 he was elected a Member of the Berkshire County Council. He died on December 27th, 1893.
