Details:
Born on May 19th, 1807, was gazetted Hospital Assistant to the Forces on March 29th, 1827, and Assistant Surgeon to the 73rd Foot on December 18th, 1828. He was placed on half pay on January 22nd, 1836. In December, 1838, he was appointed Colonial Surgeon at St Helena. On retiring he lived at Cheltenham, and died in March, 1870.
