Details:
He was born in 1848, and received his medical education at St Thomas's Hospital. He then returned to Japan, entered the medical service of the Imperial Japanese Navy, and rose to be the director-general. He married and left a son, Professor Viscount S Saneyoshi, MD. He died on 1 March 1932 at 9 Toruzaka, Azabu, Tokyo, Japan.
