Details:
Coming from Tavistock he was educated at the London Hospital, and practised throughout his career at Beddington near Wallington, Surrey, in partnership with Dr W S McDougall and others.
He retired to Barnstable, where he died on 15 December 1961 aged 83. He was survived by his wife and their son Anthony James Moon MRCP, a specialist in diseases of the chest.
In later years he always used the abbreviated form of his first name, Archie.
