Details:
Natzim Lalljee was a consultant trauma surgeon in Kidderminster Hospital, and head of the accident and emergency department until his retirement in 1996. He was born in Bombay, India on 5 May 1928. He studied medicine at Grant Medical College, Bombay, qualifying in 1952. He gained his FRCS in 1958.
Prior to his consultant appointment, he was a thoracic surgical registrar at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, and a residential surgical officer at Kidderminster and at Hull Royal Infirmary.
Natzim Lalljee died on 1 July 2014. He was 86.
