Details:
Debabrata Roy graduated in India and came to England for higher surgical training. He worked at the County Hospital, Louth, Lincolnshire from August 1966 till May 1969, and during this period he obtained the FRCS in December 1968.
Roy was killed in a motor car accident on 22 May 1969, and was survived by his widow, Dr Gita Roy.
