Details:
Andrew Dorset Harper qualified MB ChB from Liverpool University in 1924. He was a lecturer in clinical anatomy and Rankin Fellow of the University of Liverpool. During the years 1939-41 he was a surgeon specialist with the RAMC. He retired to Torquay and is believed to have died sometime in the early 1960's.
