Details:
Alexander Gol read medicine at Cambridge University qualifying MB, BCh in 1949 and trained at Guy's Hospital. He became a Fellow of the College in 1955 and went to Chicago in the late 1950s where he practised at the Children's Memorial Hospital. He then moved to Houston, Texas, where he spent the rest of his life. He died on 19 January 1989.
