Details:
Joan Fowler-Wright received her medical education at the London School of Medicine for Women, qualifying MB BS in 1947 and passing the FRCS in 1958. After obtaining her Fellowship she practised in various posts at the Kent and Sussex Hospital in Tunbridge Wells. She retired in 1989 and died in 1995.
