Details:
Clarence Leggett was born on 24 July 1911. He was resident medical officer of the Sydney Repatriation Hospital in 1937, and later registrar and medical administrator there, moving to Brisbane as superintendent of the Royal Brisbane Hospital from 1941 to 1951, and of the University of Queensland from 1947 to 1951. He died in July or August 2002, survived by his son, Dr Robert A C Leggett, FRCS.
