Details:
Bertram Mendelsohn qualified from Leeds in 1951 and after junior posts specialised in orthopaedics. He was appointed consultant in trauma and orthopaedic surgery to the Bolton and District Hospital. He is thought to have died in June 1999, survived by his wife.
