Details:
After qualifying John O'Sullivan was house surgeon on the urological unit at the Meath Hospital and house physician and transfusion officer at St Vincent's Hospital, Dublin. He then became a registrar at the Walton Hospital, Liverpool. He practised as a consultant surgeon in Wexford. His secretary notified the College in July 2000 that he had died "recently".
