Details:
Frank Curnow Jones was a radiologist in Victoria, Australia. He was born in Victoria on 4 April 1927, the son of Garndiffith Jones, known as Gary, and Lina Estelle Jones née Curnow, known as Elsie. He studied medicine at Melbourne University and qualified in 1957.
He went to the UK for further training and gained his FRCS in 1966. He returned to Victoria, where he specialised in radiology. He retired in 2005.
In 1963, he married Jill Condon in London. They had two sons, Carl and Paul. Predeceased by his wife, Frank Curnow Jones died on 22 December 2015 in Melbourne. He was 88.
