Details
Educated at St Bartholomew’s Hospital and in Paris. He practised in Richmond (Yorks), his birthplace, for fifty years, and was at one time Surgeon to the Borough Gaol and, later, Assistant Surgeon to the 15th North Riding Yorkshire Rifle Volunteers. He died on New Year’s Day, 1892.
