Details
Educated at St George’s Hospital. He was at one period Surgeon at Claremont by appointment of the King of the Belgians. Latterly he practised in Ryde, Isle of Wight, where he died at his residence, Newlands, on January 28th, 1883. His photograph is in the Fellows’ Album. Publication: “On the Sounds of the Heart.” – *Lancet*, 1852, i, 8.
