:
Educated at St George's Hospital, where he was House Surgeon in 1827. He was afterwards Lecturer on Anatomy at the Hunterian School of Medicine. He practised for many years at Horley, Surrey, and then at Dorking. His photograph is in the Fellows' Album. His death occurred on September 28th, 1891, as stated in *The Times*.
