Details
Educated at St George's Hospital, where he was 'perpetual pupil' to Benjamin Guy or George Gisborne Babington (1795-1856) from September 12th, 1838. He entered the Bengal Army, and on February 29th, 1844, was promoted to the rank of Superintending Surgeon. He died on June 15th, 1858, on board ship in the Red Sea on his way to England.
