Details
Educated at Guy's Hospital, where he was House Surgeon and Resident Obstetrician. He was also Prosector at Guy's and at the Royal College of Surgeons. He held a number of posts during his short life, and was, at various times, Assistant Medical Officer of the East Cheshire County Lunatic Asylum, House Surgeon to the Macclesfield Infirmary (at which time-1883 - he resided at Park Lane, Macclesfield), Surgeon on the Donald Currie s.s. *Hawarden Castle*, and Resident Medical Officer of the Parish Infirmary, Liverpool. At the time of his death he had settled in practice at 51 North Sherwood Street, Nottingham, where he died on August 4th, 1892.
