Details
Educated at the Middlesex Hospital and at the Great Windmill Street School. He was at one time Assistant Surgeon to the 7th Royal Fusiliers, and then, settling in Suffolk, was Surgeon to the Beccles Dispensary. He was at the same time a member of the Suffolk Institute of Archeology, and of the Norfolk and Norwich Archaeological Society; he was also President of the Norfolk and Norwich Pathological Society. At the time of his death he was living in retirement at 13 Steyne Road, Worthing, and was President of the Local Board of Health, and a member of the Sussex Archeological Society. He died at Worthing in 1870.
