:
Educated at the London Hospital. He practised at 29 Harewood Square, and in the late fifties at 4 South Crescent, Park Town, Oxford. He then moved to Charles Street, W, and in 1860 to 28 Great Western Terrace, Westbourne Park Road. He died in 1862 or 1863.
