Details
:
Studied at Charing Cross Hospital. He served in the Indian Army and was Analyst of Potable Waters in the Punjab. He returned to England and was appointed Medical Officer of Health of the Newton Abbot and Dawlish, Devonshire, Rural Districts. He resided at Eweste, Gloucester Road, Newton Abbot, his will being noticed in *The Times* on February 14th, 1924.
Publication:
Whilst in India Harvey wrote in Urdu on the "Science and Practice of Surgery".
