Details
Graduated at the University of Edinburgh, and, after studying at King's College Hospital and the London Hospital, he passed, one immediately after the other, the MRCS and FRCS examinations. Following on this he acted as House Surgeon to the County Hospital, York, as House Surgeon, and then House Physician, at the David Lewis Northern Hospital, Liverpool, and at one time he was Demonstrator of Anatomy at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. Subsequently he practised at Feilding, and also at Kyeburn, Orange, both in New Zealand, and died at Wimbledon after his return home on or before June 11th, 1914.
