Details
Was at one time Assistant Surgeon to the Marylebone Infirmary, and at the time of his death was Surgeon to the Western Ophthalmic Hospital and the Royal Humane Society. He was a member of the Harveian Society, of which he was President in 1851, and a member of the Pathological Society. He died at his residence, 1 Melcombe Place, Dorset Square, London, on November 12th, 1867. Publications: "On a Case of Strangulated Obturator or Thyroideal Hernia Successfully Relieved by Operation." - *Med-Chir Trans*, 1851, xxxiv, 233.
