Details
The son of Harley Trott, merchant, of Bermuda, where he was born. Educated at Dulwich House School, Gipsy Hill, and was admitted at Caius College, Cambridge, October 1st, 1881. He graduated BA in 1884 with 2nd class honours in the first part of the Natural Science Tripos; MB in 1885, and BCh in 1886. He became Professor of Anatomy at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Chicago in 1897, and then returned to Bermuda, where he was Surgeon at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. After his retirement from the Professorship he continued to practise at Hamilton. He died on December 27th, 1924.
