Details
Studied at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals. At one time he was Surgeon to the Military College, Addiscombe, and practised in Croydon, where he published his pamphlets. He retired in 1861 and resided at 32 Holland Villas Road, Kensington, where he died on June 16th, 1878. Publications:- *On the Advantages to be derived from the Adoption of the Local Government Act as Exemplified in Croydon*, 8vo, London, 1865. *Charts showing the Rise and Fall of the Death-rate, and indicating the Prevalence or Absence of Zymotic Diseases, also showing the Birth-rate, Mean Temperature, and Rainfall in the Parish of Croydon, for Twenty-six Years*, 4to, London, 1875. *Sanitary Statistics for Croydon*, 1848-72.
