:
Educated at Guy's Hospital, of which he became House Surgeon and Resident Obstetric Assistant. He then practised at Northampton, where he was House Surgeon, and at the time of his death Senior Surgeon, of the General Infirmary. He was also Hon Secretary to the South Midland Branch of the British Medical Association. He died at his residence, 53 Sheep Street, Northampton, on May 12th, 1884.
