Details
Jelal Moochool Shah was born in 1886. He studied at St Bartholomew's Hospital, and in 1915 he passed the Conjoint Examination. He joined the Indian Medical Service and in 1927 attained the rank of Major. He served in Egypt and Persia in the first world war. He was honorary consultant in venereology to the Pakistan Navy, and Principal of the Grant Medical College in Bombay. He died on 10 September 1967.
