Details
Alfred Charles King studied medicine at the London Hospital where he became surgical registrar and first assistant. After working as a surgeon to the Nairobi Native Hospital, Kenya, he returned to London and was appointed resident surgical officer (accidents) to the Poplar Hospital. He died on 9 February 1982 at Pretoria in his 82nd year, survived by his wife, Louisa.
