:
Ormond Gillespie Tunks served with the First Field Ambulance during the first world war and then qualified MB, ChM from Sydney University in 1917. He passed the College Fellowship in 1936 and little is known of his subsequent career. He was a member of the AMA and he died on 8 September 1980, survived by his wife and daughter, Mrs Jean Williams.
