Little is known of Maheshchandra Desai. After qualifying MB BS Baroda in 1956 he practised at various addresses in India before coming to Britain in 1971. In Britain he practised in Glasgow, King's Lynn and at Barnet General Hospital from 1977 to 1978. From 1978 until his death in 1992, his address in the Medical Register shows that he worked in Southgate, London N15.
