Details:
Frederick Rudolph Henning was a dental surgeon in Adelaide, South Australia. He was born on 22 April 1925 in Subiaco, Western Australia, the son of Frederick Rudolph Emil Dawson Henning and Maysie Henning née Bird. He studied dentistry at the University of Adelaide. During the Second World War he served in the Royal Australian Air Force. In Adelaide he was a part-time tutor in the division of preventive dentistry and then the division of restorative dentistry at the University of Adelaide. He was a fellow of the faculty of dental surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. In 1946 he married Catherine Page in Adelaide. They had one son, Frederick Rhys. Frederick Rudolph Henning died on 24 June 2003. He was 78.
