Born at Kingston, Jamaica, on May 24th, 1816. Gazetted to the Madras Army as Assistant Surgeon on April 20th, 1847. He saw service in Burma in 1852, and retired on Nov 26th, 1860. His address is given at the East India United Services Club, St James's Square, SW. He died before 1868.
