Details:
Educated at St Bartholomew's Hospital and practised at Birmingham, where he was Surgeon to the Lying-in Hospital. He took an active interest in the local Medical Societies and in the Medical Institute from the time of its formation. He was a familiar figure at Fellowship elections at the Royal College of Surgeons. He died at his residence, 9 Carpenter Road, Edgbaston, on March 8th, 1886.
