Details:
At one time he was Physician to the Royal Naval Hospital, Plymouth, and at the time of his death (1), which occurred before 1860, was Inspector of Hospitals and Fleets. He was residing at Hills Court, Exeter, when he died. Publication: *The Influence of Climate and Other Agents on the Human Constitution, with Reference to the Causes and Prevention of Disease among Seamen; with Observations on Fever in general, and an Account of the Epidemic Fever of Jamaica*, 8vo, London, 1843.
