Details:
Studied at St Bartholomew's Hospital and at University College, London. He practised at Dartmouth, where he became Admiralty Surgeon and Agent, Medical Superintendent of Quarantine and Emigration Officer, and was Coroner for Dartmouth. He died on April 17th, 1885.
