Details:
Thomas (Tony) Douglas Huon Gray qualified MB, ChB in Liverpool in 1948. After early ophthalmic appointments at the Westminster, Moorfields and the London Hospitals he returned to Liverpool, having passed the Fellowship of the College in 1960.
He became consultant in ophthalmic surgery to the Liverpool Area Health Authority and clinical lecturer in ophthalmology to the University of Liverpool. He was a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and a member of the Ophthalmological Society of the United Kingdom.
He died on 27 June 1990 survived by his wife Katie and his sons Huon, Roger and Andrew.
