Educated at University College and practised at Tewkesbury, where he was at one time Medical Examining Surgeon of Army Recruits, and at the time of his death Senior Surgeon to the Dispensary and Medical Officer of Health, as well as Surgeon to the Midland Railway and Medical Referee to the Railway Passengers Assurance Company. He was on the Commission of the Peace for the County. He died on March 17th, 1894.
