Details
Educated at the London Hospital. He practised at 19 King's Place, Commercial Road, E, and was one of the Medical Officers of the Parish of St George's East. He then took his son, A J Dale, into partnership at Commercial Place and King's Place. He moved to 1 Ledbury Road, W, and was Medical Referee to the British Equitable Assurance Society. His next removal was to Earl's Court, SW, and then to Ivy Lodge, Upper Tooting, SW. He was a member of the Council of St Andrews Graduates' Association. His death occurred at his residence, 13 Nightingale Park Crescent, Wandsworth Common, SW, on September (or October) 2nd, 1897. His photograph is in the Fellows' Album.
