Details
Studied at University College Hospital. He practised at Staunton-on-Wye, Herefordshire, where he was Surgeon to the Jarvis Dispensary and Medical Officer to the Wyeside District of the Weobley Union. He died at Staunton-on-Wye on February 5th, 1882. He married Caroline, daughter of Admiral Bennett; their eldest son was Colonel Peter Broome Giles, CB. At the time of his death there was a Peter Broome Giles, junr, MRCS, in practice at Bradbury, Hereford.
